Staying Connected with Your Teenage Son
As children mature, it’s a natural progression for them to spend less time with their parents, which is crucial for their growth. They need space to explore their identity, connect with peers, and learn through experiences. However, this transition can be challenging for parents. Recently, I've reflected on ways to maintain a strong bond with my teenage son. I focus on my son specifically because, as a mother to both a teenage son and daughter, I've noticed a more pronounced shift in my relationship with my son. I’d like to share some strategies I've implemented to nurture our mother-son relationship.
